Generating a document pack
Every generation starts from two required inputs and two optional ones:
- Job title (required) — e.g. “Senior Backend Engineer”. The generator detects seniority and function from this.
- Industry (required) — e.g. “fintech”. Tailors responsibilities, compliance notes, and tone.
- Seniority (optional) — override the auto-detected level (intern → director).
- Company name (optional) — personalises the documents.
Press Generate documents and you immediately get three things: a role-specific job description, an onboarding checklist, and a ready-to-adapt HR policy.
Saving to your dashboard
Create a free account to save a pack. Saved generations live in your dashboard, where you can reopen or delete them. Generating without an account works too — you just won’t be able to save.
Adapting the output
The documents are a strong first draft, not a finished legal document. Before you use them:
- Check responsibilities and requirements against the actual role.
- Review the HR policy against your local employment law and company handbook.
- Fill in company-specific details (benefits, locations, reporting lines).
Once a document is final and signed, you may want a tamper-evident record of it — you can seal any file with XSeal for a timestamped certificate.
